 Hannah is in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina (BCBSNC), Aetna, and offers Private Pay rates. 

Pivot Counseling highly suggests that you call your specific health plan to clarify your deductible and benefits. Your insurance plan is unique to you and each plan varies on coverage.

Private Pay Session Offerings and Cost

Initial Assessment (60+ Minutes): $200

The initial session (or first session) is a chance for you and Hannah to have a better understanding of your mental, emotional, familial, vocational, and physical history, as well as your goals for counseling. We will go "a mile wide and an inch deep." This is also a chance to better understand your specific needs for counseling and to start to formulate your unique treatment plan. 

Individual Psychotherapy (55 Minutes): $175 

Also known as individual therapy or individual counseling, these are the following counseling sessions after the initial assessment. In these counseling sessions, Hannah will provide evidenced based, personal centered treatment to support you in feeling safe, developing coping skills, deeply processing your initial counseling goals, and creating the life that you want to live. 

Late Cancellation/No-Show (Within 24 hours of scheduled appointment): $110

Pivot Counseling has a 24-hour cancellation policy, meaning that if the client cancels their therapy session at least a day ahead of time, they will not be charged. If they cancel within a day or do not show up, Pivot Counseling may charge a non-refundable $110 fee.
